As a building company we have built a team that has all the skills needed to complete your building project. This means we don't use subcontractors which has several advantages.

Firstly, it means our clients get to know us quickly which we find is essential to a smooth running project. When everyone knows everyone else, everyone is at ease.

It makes us extremely flexible on the build. Changes in weather, alterations to plans, and delays in deliveries can be reacted to instantly. Because we have all skills on site we can change our work instantly without having to wait for a different sub-contractor to arrive on site.

It makes us very efficient as a building team. If it makes sense to run pipes or cables while building a wall, we can do it. We can plan a schedule with a crossover of several trades without having to engage other contractors. In short 2 or 3 jobs get done at the same time.

Most importantly, we understand how one skill impacts the next. Walls can be built with ducts for 1st fix cables and plumbing. 1st fix stud walls can be built with timber bracing for radiators or wall hung basins. We are there for the whole build so we think ahead to make it easier for all of us.

As a building team we only run one job at a time. Our policy is 100% attendance until the job is complete, all certificates are issued and the client is happy. We guarantee our work and if problems occur, we will rectify it.

All works are scheduled and planned with the client so everyone knows what's happening and when.
